*Update 10/2/2013: If you call Renee Corbis (618-825-4430) at the St Clair County Health Department, she will be able to take your name and phone number, in order to give you more information about a contact person for ACA when it becomes available. She will be able to guide you (s00n) to a certified person, who will help you fill out and understand the application, as well as answer any questions you may have surrounding the Affordable Care Act. If you call Ms. Corbin and get her voice mail, please leave your name, phone number and a message letting her know you are calling for information about the Affordable Care Act.
